I purchased it as more of a collector's item than anything. The new fragrance for women is said to be as compelling as its legendary masculine counterpart. Many will like its fresh, slightly tart fruit notes. 5/10. The transition from floral scents to woodsy/musky/spicy scents during the drying down was NOT even smooth or made sense at all. I am resisting the cult of Creed. On me it is a spicy peach, first with citrusy/ herbal leanings, than with a flowery background and ends up as a woody spiced peach. The Kingly impression of the original does not translate into a Queenly female version. I received a sample of this and suprisingly, I like it! The differences between the 10th anniversary edition and regular Aventus are noticeable from the moment you spray it on yourself. The lasting power and sillage is great, and ideal â not obnoxious, but still noticeable, not too close to the skin. Its obnoxiously strong and masculine and it doesn't list as a note but I smell Oud somewhere in there.
